You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service provides free educational calculators to help estheticians, booth renters, and small spa owners understand pricing, profitability, compensation, and product costs. The Service may also collect anonymous benchmark data and email signups, as described in our Privacy Policy.

All results, recommendations, and content produced by the Service are educational estimates only. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical, accounting, or business advice. Verify any numbers against your own records and consult a qualified professional before making business decisions.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on output from the Service.

We strive to keep the calculators correct and up to date, but we do not warrant that they are free from errors or that any given result accurately reflects your specific situation. Tax rates, regulations, benchmarks, and market conditions change; results may not.

If you choose to submit data through an email signup or benchmark form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that data to operate, improve, and produce aggregated benchmarks for the Service. You represent that you have the right to share the data you submit and that it does not include personal information about your clients or other third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or to bypass any rate limits;
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Service without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as allowed by applicable law;
• Submit data you know to be false, misleading, or intended to corrupt benchmark accuracy.

The Service, including its design, text, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Esthi and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share screenshots and link to calculator pages with attribution.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Esthi or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
